InCites participates in the TRACE 7th Plenary Meeting in Vienna

On 4 – 5 March 2026, the consortium of the Horizon Europe project TRACE Project gathered in Vienna for the 7th TRACE Plenary Meeting, hosted at the main building of TU Wien in Karlsplatz. The meeting was organised by TU Wien together with the university’s MOVE – Transport System Planning research unit, which contributes to the project’s activities.

As TRACE enters its final months, the Vienna meeting marked the last plenary gathering of the consortium, bringing partners together to review progress, discuss remaining tasks, and coordinate the final steps towards the project’s completion.

During the two-day meeting, partners presented updates across all project work packages, covering technical developments, pilot activities, data management, and project impact. Particular focus was placed on the progress of the TRACE pilot demonstrations, where partners exchanged lessons learned and outlined the next stages of implementation.

Representatives of InCites Consulting SA actively contributed to the discussions, presenting updates on communication, dissemination, and exploitation activities, as well as the progress of the project’s impact and stakeholder engagement strategy.

Beyond the formal sessions, the meeting provided a valuable opportunity for partners to engage in productive discussions and collaborative planning, ensuring alignment for the final phase of the project.

The consortium would like to thank TU Wien and the MOVE research unit for hosting and organising a successful and engaging meeting.

As TRACE approaches its final stage, the partners remain committed to delivering innovative solutions for smarter, more efficient, and sustainable logistics systems across Europe.
