Vaggelis operates at the strategic intersection of engineering and economics within the telecommunications sector. He specializes in providing telecom market insights through the lens of game theory and optimization, while offering deep expertise in regulation and spectrum auctions. 

Before joining InCites Consulting, Vaggelis built an extensive international research profile. He served as a post-doctoral researcher and adjunct lecturer at RWTH Aachen University in Germany and as a post-doctoral researcher at Orange Labs in Paris. He began his career as a junior researcher at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). 

Vaggelis holds a Ph.D. and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from AUEB, and a B.Sc. in Informatics and Telecommunications from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
