This assignment supports implementation of the QPR Cost Control Strategic Cost Management solution to replace legacy systems (Telecompass and SAS) and unify cost management for OTE and COSMOTE.
The work includes review and analysis of multiple cost models (FDC, LRAIC, Accounting Separation, USO, segmentation and profitability models), definition of improvements, support to implementation, and testing and validation of the delivered system.
