STARTED January 2020
NEANIAS is a Horizon 2020 research and innovation project aimed at unlocking the business potential of European digital assets through an open, secure, and scalable platform supporting the creation, sharing, and commercialisation of data-driven products and services.
The project fosters MEC, blockchain, digital twins, AI-enabled services, and 5G/6G-ready infrastructures to enhance interoperability, trust, and ecosystem participation. NEANIAS also runs open calls and acceleration activities to stimulate experimentation, service creation, and market uptake.

Role of InCites Consulting:
INCITES is responsible for the exploitation of the NEANIAS solution. It undertakes financial and economic analyses of well-defined business cases, including sensitivity and risk analyses, to assess technology and market risks and derive strategic guidelines.
INCITES is also responsible for designing a sustainable business model for the provision of innovative services through the European Open Science Cloud. To support these activities, INCITES contributes to the definition of use cases and requirements and participates in dissemination activities.
