This assignment supports development of a feasibility study for FTTH deployment in selected major Greek cities, reviewing an existing business plan and assessing the proposed solution across demand, pricing, cost (CAPEX/OPEX), technology, and implementation schedule.

The work includes international benchmarking, validation of assumptions, assessment of wholesale pricing models and regulated NGA products, evaluation of partner capacity, and identification of high-volatility parameters with sensitivity and risk analysis where applicable.
