This assignment supports the design and realisation of a Universal Service Obligation (USO) Costing Model, following a phased approach.
It includes methodology design to calculate net cost, alignment with best practices and EU/EETT recommendations, allocation drivers for expenses and revenues across services and geographies, and implementation steps using QPR Cost Perform (installation, configuration, UAT, training, user manual).
