This assignment develops a detailed parametric techno-economic model evaluating the business prospects of the project “Development of Broadband Infrastructures in Rural ‘White’ Areas of Greek territory and Services for Infrastructure usage (PPP)”.

The work includes forecasting demand for broadband services, modelling both deployment and operation/service provision phases, enabling low-level parameter changes with high-level result recalculation, and executing sensitivity and risk analysis to identify critical viability drivers. The delivery includes a model manual, baseline results report, sensitivity analysis report, risk analysis report, and supporting bid material.
