Advisory Services for Supporting PPC OPTICAL COMMUNICATIONS/FiberGrid in the EETT Public Consultation on the Principles, Methodology, and Cost Modelling Structure of the NGA Bottom-Up LRIC+ Model Based on Current Costs

The project provides specialised advisory support to FiberGrid during the public consultation led by Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) on the principles, methodology, and modelling structure of the NGA Bottom-up LRIC+ cost model based on current costs.
It includes analysing regulatory proposals, assessing their impact on FiberGrid’s strategy, and developing well-founded responses aligned with company objectives. The project also covers evaluation of the final methodology and model outputs, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and strategic positioning throughout multiple consultation phases and regulatory interactions.

Role of InCites Consulting:
InCites Consulting (INCITES) acts as the strategic and technical advisor, supporting PPC/FiberGrid throughout all consultation phases.
The company analyses regulatory proposals, prepares and justifies position document (response to EETT), and evaluates the final cost model and its outputs. It also ensures alignment with FiberGrid’s strategy, provides evidence-based recommendations, and supports interactions with EETT, including responses to feedback and participation in meetings.
