Sophia Adam is a communication and dissemination professional with several years of experience supporting European research and innovation projects in fields including 6G and cybersecurity, climate services and Earth Observation, cultural heritage, smart mobility, automation, and logistics. At InCites Consulting, she works on communication, outreach, stakeholder engagement, and dissemination activities for Horizon Europe and other EU-funded projects. 

Her work focuses on communication strategy and planning, content creation, press and media activities, newsletters, social media management, dissemination reporting, and stakeholder engagement across international project consortia. She also has significant experience in organising conferences, workshops, webinars, and stakeholder events, including speaker coordination, agenda preparation, event moderation support, and communication and promotion activities. Over the years, she has collaborated closely with universities, research centres, industry partners, SMEs, and public organisations across Europe, helping research teams communicate their work in a clear, practical, and accessible way. 

Sophia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication & Mass Media Studies, specialising in Corporate Communication and Media Relations, from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as an MBA in Total Quality Management from the University of Piraeus. She has also attended seminars and training courses related to communication, strategic marketing, arts, illustration, and storytelling.
