Provision of Support Services for Mobile Communications Network Coverage Issues in Greece
The project focuses on providing specialised advisory and technical support services to the General Secretariat of Telecommunications and Post on mobile network coverage issues.

It includes collecting and analysing coverage data from operators and information systems, as well as reviewing best practices from EU pilot initiatives targeting remote and underserved areas.
The project supports stakeholder consultations, designs targeted coverage interventions, and assesses deployment costs. It also identifies suitable funding mechanisms and implementation schemes, ensuring efficient and sustainable network expansion, while contributing to improved connectivity in mountainous, rural, and border regions.

Role of InCites Consulting:
InCites Consulting (INCITES) acts as the technical and advisory consultant in the project, supporting public authorities in improving mobile network coverage
The company is responsible for collecting and analysing coverage data, assessing EU best practices, and identifying targeted intervention areas. It contributes to stakeholder consultation processes, designs implementation action plans, and evaluates deployment costs. Furthermore, INCITES develops funding strategies, analyses alternative implementation schemes, and provides evidence-based recommendations, including the preparation of documentation required for securing financing and ensuring efficient project execution.
