TRUNSPORT strengthens cybersecurity across Europe’s transport sector by introducing an innovative Cyber Security Hub (CSH), a one-stop platform for enhancing preparedness, protection, and resilience of IT and OT systems.
The CSH integrates services for risk assessment, continuous monitoring, human-centric training, and coordinated incident response. A key innovation, the GenAI-powered Critical Infrastructure System Mapper, enables intuitive infrastructure visualisation and compliance evaluation. Validated through real-world use cases across transport modes and energy, TRUNSPORT also expands its ecosystem via open calls, fostering cross-sector collaboration and improved cybersecurity readiness.

Role of InCites Consulting:
INCITES Consulting acts as Exploitation Manager in TRUNSPORT, leading the project’s exploitation and commercialisation strategy and overseeing the full lifecycle of the Open Call Programme.
INCITES manages outreach, applicant selection, funding, and monitoring processes, ensuring transparency and impact. It also contributes to ecosystem co-design and dissemination activities, leveraging its expertise to maximise innovation uptake, foster partnerships, and enhance market relevance.
