OpenMinTeD develops an open, interoperable infrastructure that enables text and data mining (TDM) across scientific publications, datasets, and other digital resources.
The project addresses legal, technical, and organisational barriers to large-scale TDM by providing a federated platform that supports secure access, workflow execution, and rights management. OpenMinTeD brings together content providers, infrastructure operators, researchers, and service developers to enable scalable, cross-disciplinary knowledge discovery and innovation.

INCITES contributes to the exploitation and sustainability planning of OpenMinTeD by supporting market and business analysis of text and data mining services and infrastructure components
INCITES contributes to the definition of viable business models, assesses market adoption potential, and supports alignment with policy and regulatory frameworks relevant to open science and data-driven innovation. INCITES also contributes to dissemination and stakeholder engagement activities, supporting uptake of OpenMinTeD results beyond the project lifetime.
