Auditing a PPP proposal
A service provider wanted to bid on a public project to introduce a platform that would digitally record, store and manage court hearings and proceedings in all major courts in a European market. inCITES Consulting was asked to audit the financial model used by the bidder and assess its robustness.
inCITES worked alongside lawyers and subject experts to assess the validity of the model’s assumptions, appraise its security soundness, test the accuracy of its results and evaluate its compliance with the relevant regulation.
inCITES’ report was then submitted by the client to the ministry that was in charge of making the final decision
