Preparing a Call for 5G Projects
The Government of Luxembourg wanted to set up a ‘Call for Projects’ (CfP) running on 5G networks in order to stimulate interest around the new mobile technology family and drive 5G investments.
inCITES was appointed to prepare the document for the call alongside another consultancy.
inCITES helped the company to develop their wholesale rate card by developing a pricing model that included data from the client’s previous wholesale transactions, pricing data from other analogous markets and data from similar services offered by their international competitors.
inCITES’ recommendations were adopted in full by the company’s board while creating the rate card.
